Jus wondering though, for about $130 or so more you can get the new mac mini with twice the hard drive space. So wouldn't that and a HDMI hook up make the new one enticing as well?

It does for me.

Some people would rather save the money and put it towards RAM. One less USB port is not a deal breaker for me.

I'll either get 4G with the new mini or wait until third-party price drops. (But I can be impatient.) And as the HD is pretty pokey anyway, I'll probably run an external 7200rpm HD as the boot drive. So more internal space is appreciated, but not essential.
