I am a card carrying Oath Keeper and we are not a Militia. Regardless of what we are these people should not loose their child for visiting a website.

Why does that section (No, 7) look as if it was cut out and pasted onto the document, looking as if it was set in a different font which is much darker than the rest of the document? And tilted on a weird angle which is different from the rest of the document?
Why didn't you mention that the parents are already in trouble with the Rochester Division for Children, Youth, and Families regarding their other 2 children and are evidently awaiting the results of a Termination of Parental Rights hearing due to being accused of neglect?

The first web site you cited says, "Yes, there are other, very serious allegations." I would agree that on the face of it, belonging to Oath Keepers should not be a reason to take away a child and almost certainly should not have been listed as one of the reasons for doing so.

I don't see any mention of this yet on legitimate news sites, including anything locally. Since this looks to be based on allegations of child welfare, I would suspect there is more to the story. NH can't respond in any way due to confidentiality. The suggestion from your link is he has a conviction for a domestic violence related conviction (and may be in violation of the terms of that), or at least serious concerns along those lines.
But otherwise, I don't see any state, including NH, stepping in and removing kids based on the organizational membership of the parents (there have been some rare exceptions, churchs, etc, but that doesn't appear to be in play here).

My unbiased take is that the Oath Keepers are a bunch of nutters, and that this "news" item is probably fake. Take a look at your second link and you'll see that item 7 (the relevant one) of your "change of venue" order is a sloppy cut and paste job with a different font than the original document.

I'll bet lunch there are 140 other cites of child endangerment on the affidavit.
Singling out one for as though it were the sole cause is quite disingenuous and a lie.

Concealed weapon charge last week was charging him when it was here gun in her car with her present and the one who gave the guns to the police when they asked where it was.

I believe the "multiple calls and 21 months of surveillance' by child protective services says there's a significant issue aside from Oath Keepers. If that was really added in the affidavit, that was judicial stupidity. Photoshop is the suspect.
One must also assume that the other minor children are no longer in the house ? CFPS usually doesn't just take the babies... they've usually got all the kids as well. And often the Mom.
Hey--- my Wife's schizophrenic uncle was a member of the Republican Party, and he was also in the HitlerJugend as a child in Germany. Guess Republicans are all Crazy Nazis, right ?

Why does the wingnutosphere have to make sad, violent people like this into martyrs?
Mom graduated high school in '07, and is mother to 3. Affadavit says Dad was ordered to attend "Ending the Violence" with Scott Hampton, that means he has at least one conviction for domestic or sexual violence. Hope Mom gets away and stays away from him, and that she and the kids get the help they need.
As for him, he seems to have thousands of enablers here on the net. I'm not hopeful.
