SCOTUS has done it again ...
"The Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled that AT&T—and indeed, any company—could block class-action suits arising from disputes with customers and instead force those customers into binding arbitration."

This is terrible news for consumers. Corporations can force you into binding arbitration and they get to pick the arbitrator.

I mourned this decision yesterday.
Regular people in this country are screwed with every passing day.
But I try to be positive anyway.

We have all the grounds we need to remove Clarence Thomas from the SCOTUS. Scalia could possibly be challenged on blantant conflict of interest, but it would be a long shot. Thomas is guilty on numerous counts. There just needs to be more of a widespread uprising about his unethical and illegal behavior.
Complaints can be filed with State Attorneys General. I've done that; however, it won't go anywhere here in SC.
There is currently a disbarment proceeding in Missouri, but the politics of their Supreme Court may make them overlook Thomas' criminality.

I plan to incorporate myself as soon as possible.
Not only will I pay less in taxes, I'll also be able to cheat my customers and employees and pollute the air and water with impunity, and make unlimited, anonymous political contributions to the causes of my choice. Life will be good!
