2nd. Toblerone (Swiss)
3rd. Aero bar (English)
4th. Cachet (Belgian)
Sadly, these aren't readily available in the US. I haven't yet found a US candy bar that even comes close to any of these.

Im not sure there is such a thing as a bad candy bar... except for something coffee flavored. blech.
I like them all. I prefer anything toffee.

Dark Chocolate Snickers... but I think it's been discontinued.
Regular Snickers is my second.
