1 and 2% tastes like regular milk and has twice the shelf life.

Soy. A significant part of my general pain went away when I cut back on dairy by eliminating cow milk. If I'm going to have dairy, I'd much rather have cheese and yogurt. Haven't managed to wean myself off those things so far.

If it doesn't come from a cow or some other animal it isn't milk, and it shouldn't be in the "dairy" section.
