This deal is at Circuit City in-store only (not available online...I made a purchase, but SKU is not on receipt...so no way to check online for local store inventory...BTW, OOS in Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas stores).
Best bet is to call your local store (there'll be no danger of alerting employees though, since the in-store clearance price of $146.96 is sufficiently high to not tip anyone off).

If some of y'all live near the Milleville and New Brunswick stores in New Jersey, there are reports of some in stock.
IMPORTANT: Apparently, the terms of the rebate states that "Display" models do not qualify. Supposedly the receipt will state if it's a display model. However, some people are reporting that their receipts say "Open Box", in which case it's reported that the HP rebate center will honor them (so long as the UPC is intact).

My local CC had no stock, but two CCs within ten miles each showed one in stock -- I scored at the closer of the two. On the way over I was fearful that "in stock" would mean the display unit, but nope -- new in the box, never opened.
I'm VERY pleased. I was on the verge of going for this deal:
