For those of you who love the little marshmallow bunnies and chickens, you don't have to resort to stealing them out of your children's Easter baskets. You can buy your own and Target has lots of them out now.
RacerX, you can probably make some brownie points with your wife if you take her a peep present. Just a thought

They are NOT marshmallows.
They are evil.
There's an acrid rotting-flesh taste to them that's a total gross-out for me.
I never had them as a kid, but I've recently been introduced to Peep-Jousting and was "awarded" several for my victorious purple chick.
Then I ate one. Yech!
No wonder they feed those things to frat pledges.

no the brownie points would be having the bathtub clean, and the chocolate fountain running with a stack of peeps next to it in the bathroom on the toilet seat lid for when she comes home from a training session.

Hmmm, peeps in the bath, I hadn't thought about that.
And MacMagus, it seems that people either love or hate them, I've always been in the former category. Brightly colored sugar covered marshmallows-yum! B)

I actually have some Valentine's heart peeps "aging" in the pantry. And they were bought on clearance, which makes them even tastier.
They are good when they get crunchy. Ask RacerX, his wife likes them that way, too.
