I didn't realize that I had a stated opinion about this RgrF.
However RgrF since you brought him up... have you wondered or questioned why he and Gates have decided to spend their BILLIONS overseas?
Evidently (considering one really votes with with their dollars) Warren and Billy don't think spending/donating THEIR money here makes sense.
That should REALLY tell you something.

Check out Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation site DaveS. They've invested heavily in education throughout the country. Here in the bay area, they've funded the Aspire and Envision Public School campuses as well as smaller campuses within campuses. Libraries around the country has benefited greatly as well. The last time I was in Savannah, GA, the librarian told me that the foundation supplies the computer equipment every 3 years. You'd be impressed with the depth and breadth of their generosity here at home.
