I think that post has too many words in it for Dakota to be able to sound them all out.

"He didn't put the comment there. His staff didn't put the comment there. Right, it just materialized there all by itself."

It was passed along to him in an email but he was too busy looking at pony porn to catch it.

I have a note in my back pocket that says my boss is a jerk. Should I be looking for a job?

Re: Paladino's remarks - hal - 10-11-2010

That first line is enough...

"...he told Orthodox Jewish leaders he doesn't want children "brainwashed into thinking that homosexuality" is acceptable."

So we should teach kids that being homosexual is unacceptable? Is that what you teach your kids dakota? What if one of your kids IS homosexual (or one of THEIR kids) - then what? Do you stop loving them? Ask Dick Cheney or one of the millions of parents that suddenly realized that they love their kids more than they hate homosexuality.

Don't you ever wonder about that kid in grade school that was endlessly taunted because he was so obviously gay. Remember him? Ever wonder what happened to him? Do you think he was like that because he wanted to be like that?

He is well within his rights as a parent to say he personally does not approve of homosexuality. You want to do it differently, go ahead. It is your family. BTW, by your logic the Pope is responsible or the killing of all homosexuals

Re: Paladino's remarks - August West - 10-11-2010

No longer amazing stupidity.

"BTW, by your logic the Pope is responsible or the killing of all homosexuals"

Only he now is backpedaling so fast it would make Lance Armstrong proud:
"I want to clearly define myself. I have of no reservations about gay people at all, none, except for one thing, their desire to get married," he said, adding that he has a gay nephew and gay staffers.

"Never had a problem with any of them, never had a problem in any sense with their lifestyle and we've talked about it often," he added. "...I talk to them about the discrimination that they suffer and I'm sensitive to it."

Is the Pope running for US Congress? Because an awful lot of what he says wouldn't really fly, you know?

I liked your comment a lot hal and agree 100%. It's time to stop teaching hate, but sometimes this has to hit close to home in order for people to change.
