those expandable curtain rods will fit in a door frame and hold a few clothes on hangers as long as they aren't too wet and heavy.
I use them in weather like this where you come in with wet clothes from playing in the snow and are out of normal/usual clothes hooks.
They pop right back out again when everything is dry, can be put away.
