The day this was announced, I heard a British reporter say something along the lines of 'Apple Corp today is nowhere near the company it set out to be because all they do now is sue people.'

Pretty long time, when you consider it, for something to exist, bring in over $100mm per year, based on 37 to 43 year old, unupdated products!
