As of Dec 10th, 43% of Android phones were using Froyo. The earlier Android phones will never qualify to upgrade to it. Hey I've got the official Gingerbread on my Nexus S! No crapware, bloatware, manufacturer UI, etc. Just pure and yummy and warm and fuzzy gingerbread.
