I live in Sacramento, and people grow certain varieties of citrus here even though we get frost with temps as low as the mid 20's on occasion. Can this lime survive here?

As a young man we had to light these when temps grew close to freezing. These were dispersed in the Orange groves and other citrus groves near where I grew up in the San Gabriel Valley.
Freezing Temps are not good for citrus *(:>*

Is salmon easy to get? Most of ours is farm raised, unless you go to a higher end sushi place.
