Frankly, I see this as a correction of poor performance for the last twenty years. People were furious when Global Crossings went under, Enron, Russian currency crisis, Orange County going bust - all of this happened before any downgrades - downgrades came after the fact. THAT was crazy... this is crazy too, but I think a better view of what is happening...
