On many (most?) watches, you can't always tell exactly which second and minute the hands are pointing to. /Mr Lynn Re: New Watch! - blooz - 10-04-2011 Now you'll know exactly how late you are for anything… Re: New Watch! - OWC Jamie - 10-04-2011 Damn, for the rest of the day I'm going to be haunted with the knowledge there's a watch just a few miles away that precisely steps on the hash marks. Not fraction of a mm before nor after. imprecise tick, imprecise tick, imprecise tick, imprecise tick, imprecise tick, imprecise tick ... :-) Actually I'm kinda glad I'm not the only one who notices weird imperfect things like that. :-) Re: New Watch! - guitarist - 10-04-2011 Did your previous watches have a problem with accuracy? Don't get me wrong, the coolness factor is seductive. I am already so addicted to buying watches, I had to view the watch while biting my fingers, hoping I wouldn't be compelled to immediately buy one. Please tell me it's just the coolenss factor, I don't want to start worrying that all my watches are lying to me, when they tell me what time it is! Re: New Watch! - Mac1337 - 10-04-2011 It is a good looking watch no doubt. It may be thicker than I might want. It is 12mm thick. ![]() Re: New Watch! - MacDoxy - 10-04-2011 New watches that are NOT ipod nanos? The horror. ![]() |
