We have a GE Profile . . . stay away. Very, very far away. Not a good brand according to Consumer Reports as well. :burnout:

of your picks, I'd put my money in KA/Whirlpool.
I will not buy appliances again from a "foreign" company.
Thermador is a Bosch owned company, but some of their stuff is rebadged KA.
Our counter depth fridge is. It's a Turkish product, but so far so good.
BlueStar, American Range and Capital are well respected but may not be well represented.
DCS (FisherPaykel) was making the GE Profile stuff.
The last time GE was a big no as was Maytag (now owned by Whirlpool).
I always check with the local appliance repair guys to see what they have experienced and which have parts easily available (ya know, just in case.....).
Bosch and MIele both failed the parts test in the NYC area last time (5 years or so.) I know, hard to believe.
Who owns what.

And of course, YMMD. My friend is a residential contractor. He introduced me to Thermador 10 years ago or so, long before we redid the kitchen.
His double wall Thermador is 20 years old.
Hasn't had a lick of trouble with it and he is a major loon cook. 30 for Tday kind of meals fairly regularly.

How old are the wall ovens? My mom has a Thermador double wall electric oven. After 30+ years, the top oven broke beyond repair. She evaluated replacements and found several nice wall ovens. They all had one _major_ problem. Each require more space in the wall than she had available for them. Apparently, the dimensions of a standard wall oven have changed significantly since she had her kitchen done so many years ago. She couldn't even cut a portion of the cabinetry and make a replacement fit. Hopefully, this won't be an issue for you.

It is almost 13 years old - dimensions of new oven seem comparable - hard to evaluate what to buy since for every positive review, there seems to be an offsetting negative!
