You might be able to do better by converting it to DVI-D and then buying cables and switch boxes for that.

You still have not said what brand and model of equipment this is for... is it a camera system for a microscope or something similar? Just because a 10 year old camera system is listed by some company as "for sale" does not mean it is "up to date." IIRC, it was one of the higher quality professional standards in 1999, but it has ended up mostly abandoned by the mainstream like ADC was.
Nikon, model is a DS-L1 or -L2, along with a DS-Vi1 camera head. Purchased within the last five years.
