Been waiting to buy a new MacBook Pro, retina or otherwise, since the spring. I held off then, thinking Apple would stick to a semi-historic schedule, and put one out in April/May. Then held out longer, thinking one was surely going to be announced at WWDC (close, but no cigar). Then rumors for August, September, and now October.
I bought a Mac mini a week ago to get me over the hump. But I still have an open P.O. for a MacBook Pro and, hopefully, a revamped Thunderbolt Display.
