They were always too good to be true. Undersold SSD prices from even chipmakers like Samsung.

And their products were shifting specs.

Too bad the older CEO was allowed to skip town.

They tried hard to offer SSDs at prices that were more in line with buyers' needs, which usually resulted in cutting corners.
SSD prices should have come down much more by now- at least someone was trying.

There were some bad OCZ products, so I stayed away from all of them.

Weren't they the ones with bad spec memory chips.

I must have got the only good one.

This MB is running a 60G OCZ VERTEX2. It was my first SSD and has being running like a Swiss chronometer officially certified. It's been a few years now. I don't remember who I got it from, but I think it's the most expensive SSD I bought, except for the Toshiba ordered from Newegg.
