CS2 because it was a free download. But I'm just a casual Photoshop user.

CS3, I shall upgrade no more...

I have PS CS2 installed as well as CS4. I'm most familiar with CS2 and like the interface somewhat better, but am using CS4 as well. I wish I had time to really get some work done with either version.

I have the PS CS5 and CS6 upgrades as well, but probably won't install them until an OS upgrade forces the issue.

CS6. A lot of things were overhauled for this version, and I'm glad to have the upgrade.

I want to mention ImageJ as a free and excellent software that does some things PS does, and some things PS cannot.

Gimp has finally reached the stage where it is actually useable. The latest version is somewhere between Elements and CS6 in it's capabilities. If I had to replace PS, I would definitely be trying it. Being Freeware, Gimp is definitely a deal price wise.
