Re: Cree 100W Equivalent LED - Gareth - 04-29-2014 Note that these are A21 bulbs, which means they are taller than the regular incandescent bulb most folks are used to. Thus, if installing inside an enclosed fixture, it may not fix. I cracked a glass cover trying to force it over two A21 bulbs... The 75w equiv. is A19 ("normal" size). Re: Cree 100W Equivalent LED - RAMd®d - 04-29-2014 I have two CFLs in the bathroom. One is very white with a hint of blue and a crisp finish while the other one is very warm, almost yellow by comparison with an oak flavor. I *think* I'd like something around 3500-4000K. Very white but not blue. I got them thru my electric company and they had, by far, the best deal. I think they were $11 a piece. Nice light, instant on, and now I can control the lot of them with a dimmer. Much better than the non-dimmable CFL's they replaced. Also, total power usage with all full on, 130W. CFL's are headed for obsolescence. Re: Cree 100W Equivalent LED - Black - 04-29-2014 LEDer!
