And if you want to argue the logic of 100% taxation, how well that incentive works in real world of economics, I will be very happy to discuss it with you as soon as you can show me the example that did not result in every business fleeing that jurisdiction.....

From the economic view, not kindergarten 'rhytmetic you are are used to, an incentive to produce at 90% confiscatory rate of taxation is not much different than at a 100%.....

Mitt Romney is a good example of moving money for tax purposes. But if they earn it here, tax it here and tax it at a high rate no matter in what form it is paid (stock options, etc.). Republicans will never let that happen.
