Old school. Composite or maybe S-video.

I think that's mini-VGA, and Composite/S-video with an adapter.

I used to have a little box for grabbing S-video over USB on a PPC. Can't recall the make/model...

You could take a shot with a generic PC video capture adapter (lots of them on Amazon) or an Elgato adapter and see whether macam will pick up the signal. Just get the thing from a place with a good return policy.
