Should be able to go to any registrar. Namecheap, Name, 1&1, Godaddy, or whoever you might prefer. Just go to their site, type in the domain you want, and see if it's available. Cost should be $25 (Plus a small fee) per year. You'll still need hosting (a separate, additional cost, if you don't already have it).

Looks like some names are less than $25/year at some places. Perhaps I should have researched a bit more before I paid. Oh well, easier for me to keep my domains at the same registrar.
