Don't pretty much all schools have dress codes? And I hate to say it, but I can understand why they might have a little higher standards for yearbook pictures. I will say I don't find the pics particularly immodest though. I can see where it might not represent the school in the way they might like though (schools seem to be increasingly concerned with PR). kj.

District officials apologized about the alterations being applied inconsistently and said they were evaluating the policy on doctoring photos.

I'm picturing a document that says "Photo Doctoring Policy" at the top....
