ipodlounge changed its name awhile ago.
PodPlus is now iGadget.
iPodGarage -> iProng
Etc.
Seems like this should have been news awhile ago.

All directly related to the iPod.
But Profit Pod? Where does THAT come in? Not related to the iPod at all, or music players at all. It just has the word "pod" in it.
This *is* news, and Apple is acting unreasonably and not in the interests of the shareholders.

A cease and desist letter is very very far from "suing."
Either some of you are very bad at reading comprehension or have hardly any knowledge of the legal system.
