I'm sure there's someone out there that does...
But most normal, rational, high functioning people don't pay that.

My data plan is limited to 300MB and I rarely use 150MB, and most months am under 100MB.

i'm on AT&T and just looked this up. yeah, if you need 100GB of data your plan would be that much. don't know who needs that much for a smartphone plan.
