I just went back to the Sears page, and I show that price now as well (glad I placed my order at the $13 price, with free store pickup - but still, does Sears randomly decrease and increase their prices on things, throughout the day?!!??) I've gotten different prices at sears and amazon with different browsers side by side on my desktop and desktop/laptop
not just different/changing prices throughout the course of a day.
Dunno if they are trying to fool automated price-tracker apps or what.

update-so, as I was at the Sears to pick this up, I decided to wander around the tool section to see if there was anything else I could use my remaining points on. Well, as I reached the drill area, I got there just in time to see the $12.99 tag being replaced by a $14.99 tag. So, I guess they really do change prices in the middle of the day (this was around 3pm local time)

I got there mid afternoon to find two side-by-side hangers with these nice red boxes, one group priced at $14.99 the other at $12.99 for identical SKU. Go figure.

I was in Sears a couple weeks ago, they were selling sets of standard 1/16-1/4" bits for $1.00/set. B&D, so I bought two sets.
