Who siad that's how they are counting the 12%?

Wha'? Huh? You mean the only way I can get this mess is to use a public wifi place? Heheheheheheeee, in that case, I'm okay. I only use me iPad on cell service when I'm waiting on Ethyl somewhere.

My mistake I was 35% or so (of the 14 million websites were scanned). But that's not a big deal, right?

I see 35% as 2/3 empty. Maybe you see 35% as over 1/3 full.
14 million of the estimated 644 million websites in the world = .02%
