Boy, I'm tempted, even though I dislike the EVF. Still the best IQ in the bridge-camera sector. A year ago I paid $120 for a little, discontinued A1400 P&S.

Thanks for giving me a much-needed early AM laugh, guys.

I'm still going to use my Q's -- no question. In fact I use them quite a bit in the lab, because of their terrific macro capabilities. But at this price, I figure I could also always gift the camera if I don't like it myself, I have several relatives who could use it.

Oh and for the record, I still use my USB scale. Quite frequently in fact. (Big Grin

our Canon EOS 350D is around 10 years old (production ceased in 2005)
