That seems to be a pretty personal question. But you are like what my son was when he was four and going more than once a day was just a waste. You must also have a very expandable bladder. You are also going to find that as you age you will find your sleep interrupted so you can do it.

Well, as I said, probably TMI, but once a day. Much better than once or twice a week without assistance.

I find this Kirkland fiber to be a slow acting and makes things predictable daily.
