Does that site only link to Mac of all Trades?
No, Mac of all Trades was the only affiliate with stock of the models you selected. I got Amazon, Apple, JemJem, and MoaT with a few clicks. It is easy to filter out all retailers so that only Apple links show (not too many right now).
