I've heard that Blue Rhino uses wonky valves that can't be refilled (except by Blue Rhino). I've done the exchange with Amerigas at Home Depot and no problems refilling. Feds stepped in as LPG and Nat Gas are DOT regulated. Non standard valves are forbidden. |
