I feel sorry for her. Sometimes people become contrary and then get pushed further when they suffer some blowback. Instead of walking it all back she went deeper out of pride and destroyed her career. She does strike me as a self-destructive person. Nowadays, people don't really give you the space to repent. Maybe that's why she's going to Israel.

To be clear(er), I don't think that all Israelis (or Jewish Israelis, or Jewish people) embody the qualities I stated above, but it's better not to leave that unclear.
I meant something else about Roseanne, but I don't know that it bodes well for me to try again.

Is she going to say out when she leaves? My guess is she will be back to make some noise right before the election. There is a chance she will just rely on a twitter post to do that while she's gone.

Well, to be fair, it is a option for Jews anywhere, which if I'm not mistaken, is unique in the developed world. Where else do you get citizenship just for the asking?
