The owners of the Giants, the Mara family, love him. I believe he has survived 2 or 3 coaches that wanted to get rid of him.

The cowboys showed me some offensive efficiency and excitement today. That was fun.

Also, Jones came in and almost threw an INT and then fumbled the ball that the Cowboys recovered.

And, ladies and gentlemen, the Lions. They tried to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory but they even screwed that up! At least, they didn't lose...

Re: NFL Talk Week One (SPOILERS) - Rolando - 09-09-2019

I know its not the NFL way, but if the game is not in doubt, why not let Eli's replacement finish the game?

Eli has been a bane of the Cowboys (and Patriots) for years. He's a really good Quarterback in the season, and really great in the Playoffs.

EDIT: I'm watching this on DVR Delay, so I just saw Jones come in!

Jones didn't do any better.

Packer fans are giddy that their expectations for the season have already been surpassed - we're just worried that the bears do indeed suck and its not indicative of the season to come.

:ROTFL: -Steelers- :ROTFL:
Ben looks like the old man on the field, no mobility.
I was waiting for Tomlin's head to explode!

Looks like the Colts will have a tolerable season.

Sure hurts me to see Randall Cobb with the Cowboys. I thought he was a Packer through and through. But then there is reality.
