Arnold was an interesting experiment. Didn't think Gray Davis shoulda been recalled, but once that happened, Arnold was a better choice than Darrell Issa. Newsom is probably safe this time around. For whatever reason, our populous seems recall-happy when it comes to Governors, almost every guv here faces an attempt at some point. Not sure why Jenner is doing this, unless it's to gain more cred to compete with her kids and step-kids on reality television.

The entire extended Jenner clan is drama queens only interested in boosting their fake intertubes points. With them managed to get elected, I would not expect anything positive outside of slightly better treatment of Trans.
Except for deregulation of the power industry, Herr Gropenfuhrer wasn't a total disaster.

I was too hard on Arnold before he won. I was angry about the recall. I think Gray Davis was a better Governor but it was what it was. Arnold tried to be a fair guy. Issa is a jackass.

As his district started turning blue, lots of north county friends basically spent every day for months outside his office - and finally ousted him from their congressional district.
Only problem was that there was another congressional district with its own jackass (Duncan "D" Hunter) who was found guilty of stealing campaign funds, yet never spent a day in lockup, even after he was sentenced to 11 months - something about a dangerous Covid situation in Texas.
So who grabs a carpetbag and finds a rental in that district just in time for the 2020 election? There are just enough yahoos in that gerrymandered district to keep Issa in Congress forever - or at least until there's a general redistricting that removes his advantage.
