Now I shop at the WeatherTech site and then order from Amazon or Ebay to beat the shipping sometimes.
WeatherTech. Mats, window vents, truck bed cover, mud flaps, I have bought them all over the years.

Weathertech all the way. Got'im in my car. Got them for my parent's vehicles. Made sure my operations manager got them for his car. There might be other brands out there that are good but I can vouch that you can't go wrong with WeatherTech liners. They are truly excellent.

We bought these for my daughters X3 just a few months ago... fit and finish are excellent. Nice high sides too.
No idea if they have it for your VW, but don't see why not.

Costco has Weathertech trim-to-fit mats for $26 after the March coupon (starts Mar 9). I got some for my truck and I'm perfectly happy with them. We got the laser-fit ones for our CRV and those are great, as well.

I loved my Maxpider mats in my Prius, so I ordered a set of front mats for my '22 Kia Seltos back on November 3 from AutoAnything, which had the best price (not even available at Amazon). After email notification of revised shipping dates (1/3, 1/18, then finally 2/2, I said to hell with it and bought a set of Smartliner mats for $81 that arrived less than a week after I ordered them. I still like the Maxpiders better, but I like these better than my wife's Weathertechs which were a bit more costly.
Smartliners are out of stock :/

I've got both the rubbertite version and the northridge version and think I prefer the rubbertite in water holding capability.

A big down-vote for Weathertech. My bro lovesbthese things and all I notice is how much they bend and curl at the edges over time, trapping all kinds of detritus underneath. And you catch shoes on them, causing a possible tripping/trapping of your shoes while exiting. Yuck!
I buy the oem mats and they are always (ALWAYS) better.

Yeah, all the companies cut them differently. Here's the shapes of the OE ones
From the pics and descriptions, I can't tell if they use the factory fasteners at all. It also looks like they don't have any lips on the edges - they're just cut to shape. I don't really want that style because the water just runs off into the carpet and when it soaks in under the mats, doesn't dry out quickly.

I'm going to throw in another vote for the Maxpiders. They are a game changer. Hopefully M A V I C can figure out the 2022 difference and if it's a big deal...but for anyone else considering all weather mats...check out the Maxpiders. Currently in our BoltEV and want to put them in our Subie...
