A chaise lounge on the forward helipad is good enough for me.
It looks like the lounge areas are shielded only from directly overhead sun.
I could enjoy my own personal cruise ship.
I'd like to think the Dilbar has a Repel Boarders contingency.
$800M, and $50M-70M operations cost is a bit out of my comfort zone, though.
23k is somewhat fast for a girl that big.
