I guess that's pretty similar to your situation? My thought vis a vis tuqq was that shifting/adding controls might jump start his audio. == Re: New USB speakers don't respond to Output volume settings. - tuqqer - 07-04-2023 Update Jul 4, 2023: finally sent those speakers back, and after looking through Macresource and online, decided on the Audioengine A5 Powered Desktop Speakers. 150W, and just plug-and-play with Macs (and I think PCs). $300, and I went with the wired version (I've had delay issues with bluetooth/wireless speakers) They arrived last night, and easy to set up. Hot damn, so nice to be listening to great speakers again after too many years. They're not small, at 8x11" each, and surprisingly hefty at 25 pounds for the two. Just wanted anyone watching this thread to know what solution I found. |
