Yes, there is a "caravan" of 1,500 now in Mexico hoping to reach the US before Trump is inaugurated. AP reported that.
This is a "negotiate by threatening to shoot yourself" tactic. Canada and Mexico don't want our blood all over them so they're scrambling to negotiate (Canada) or just issue counter threats (Mexico).
We'll see who blinks.

Mexico's new President recently said that if Trump puts a tariff on Mexican goods, she would reciprocate with a tariff on US goods and that the drug issue was a US problem.
