AFAIK, you cannot create a hierarchy.
It would for example, be nice to create a TV shows library, and inside that library, have a library for each TV show, and then another sub-library/folder for seasons.
Exactly. Plex ignores how you've set up your own data and imposes the preferences of its devs on you (and they'll tell you you're stupid and should shut up and do things their way if you point that out in a support forum). Makes a huge mess of things.
