To add more to the confusion, AppleTV+ in on that AppleTV app which runs on the AppleTV box.

later they expanded it to Roku.

I was happily paying $5/month so I could watch Ted Lasso and a few other shows. Now it's $10/month and I'm slightly less happily paying.

Not really a "hematoma", assuming the intention of the subject line was meant to infer "bleeding out" money.
