Russia did make one concession, allowing Ukraine to have a military, etc. Not enough, and perhaps inconsequential considering the rest of the deal.

Anyway, my point is Sullivan said even China doesn't recognize Crimea as part of Russia, yet CFDT and his goons are prepared to do exactly that.
