the browns finally picked him in the 5th round. he was the second QB the browns took this draft.
Watson is probably done as a brown, but they have Flacco and Pickett ahead of the draft picks, so Sanders is currently at least 4th on the depth chart. that might get him some work on the scout team, but seriously doubt he will be playing on Sundays!

This the Browns. Pretty sure the hotdogs in Cleveland Stadium are made from failed Browns quarterbacks. It's one of the best teams in the NFL to be a fourth-string quarterback if you want a chance to start before the end of the season. Just don't expect to stay there.
