[quote Mike V]I don't get it.

Is this just for games?

My MacBook runs a 24" monitor and and plays 1920 x 1080 Quicktimes and upresses DVD to HD without a hitch.

What would more powerful graphics do?
Have a longer lifetime cycle.

What will be the graphics demand of 10.5.6?

Yeppers. It's that model's Achilles' Heel. That and the fact that there's not a 15" version, ha. That 13.3 is nice but no place for my palms, arrrg. Almost got one but for that. And I don't have large hands.
