Re: emusic anyone? - (vikm) - 07-25-2007 I had a run in with them a few years back (when they were smaller) and they wouldn't accept that they were in the wrong. Had a few emails back and forth and they really were starting to get the "we don't care as we've already got your money" attitude. It put a bad taste in my mouth and I will never give them another cent. That said, most people seem to be of the opinion that they like the service now although the catalog is somewhat limited. It's a principle thing for me but I'm guessing you'd do ok by giving it a shot. Good luck. Re: emusic anyone? - rz - 07-25-2007 I had a really hard time selecting 100 free tunes from them when I signed up for their free trial because of their limited catalog. I ended up getting a bunch of comedy stuff from them Re: emusic anyone? - the_poochies - 07-25-2007 I've been happy with eMusic. It's quicker and easier to browse and listen to samples via iTunes, but the sound quality of the eMusic selections are great (and DRM-free) and I've found quite a bit of obscure indie bands there. |
