OK, I'll bite. To whom are you sending 21 million CDs all of a sudden, and with what on them...without having developed a relationship with a trusted supplier for the sleeves back in the days when you were "only" producing 1 million CDs?

Can't say. But, they are a major producer of cell phones. We have gone back to our other vendors, but we have never used this many on a production job and we're having trouble finding consistency in the sleeves from multiple vendors.
