Dakota, nobody here is talking about whether government activities are listed in the constitution. We're talking about whether a specific activity is UNconstitutional (i.e. is in defiance of the constitution).
Karsen, You are the one that made a provocative statement. Now you're mumbling about Galileo as some kind of excuse for not backing it up. "Weak" doesn't even begin to describe your response.
