Why? Because until they get the bugs worked out of the authorization process, live customers won't be willing to spend hours waiting on the one "trained" sales associate to get it right.

I thought it was supposed to be $100? How do they anticipate selling the same phone, at the same price, at four locations? I suppose it will get it into a new TYPE of store (that is, one that isn't necessarily electronically centered), but is that enough traction for such an undertaking to succeed?
