The example in the picture above very clearly (and intentionally) overshadows its neighbors. Perhaps they'd be willing to let Apple place a few million for demolition in a publicly held escrow account so the site can be "cleaned up" once the store gets axed.

I just realized I meant to type design and it came out wrong. When I read it originally it looked ok to me but my eyes as I have said are bad bad and I find some terrible mistakes that I thought were correct after reviewing the day after. the "g" is under the "t" and............well, please pardon me.
